[FR]: Add configurable destination for inline task creation

Currently, creating an inline task places the generated task note in the same folder as the current note.

This works well for users who want tasks to stay close to their source notes. However, for workflows where tasks are managed centrally, this becomes inconvenient because each generated task note has to be manually moved into a dedicated task folder afterward.

It would be much more useful if the destination for inline task creation were configurable.

Proposed Behaviour

Please add a setting for the destination of newly created inline tasks, with options such as:

• Current folder: create the task note in the same folder as the current note
• Specific folder: create the task note in a user-selected folder
• Default Task Folder: follow the existing Default Task Folder setting

Why this would help

Different users organize tasks differently:

• Some want inline-created tasks to remain near the note where they were created
• Some want all tasks to be collected in one dedicated folder for centralized management
• Some expect inline task creation to follow the same folder logic as the existing Default Task Folder setting

Making the destination configurable would make inline task creation more flexible and avoid the extra manual step of moving task notes after creation.
