[FR]: Interval recurrence on weekdays

Problem Statement

I have TickTick tasks that repeat after a specific number of days, but only on weekdays. Currently, interval recurrence for TaskNotes applies to the whole week. It would be good to have an option to exclude weekends.

Proposed Solution

In the Custom Recurrence UI there would be a box to tick next to intervals that specified "Weekdays only".

Use Case Examples

I like to publish an article every three days, but I don't work on weekends.

Hi @kmaustral . I can look into adding an interface for this option.

For the moment, you can achieve the TickTick functionality by pasting the following "RRULE" into the recurrence property of the task:

FREQ=DAILY;INTERVAL=3;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR

This should produce the same behaviour as displayed by TickTick.

Thank you for reporting this. This should be resolved in release 4.8.0, so I am going to close this issue now.
