[FR]: Reload configuration when data.json changes

Problem Statement

I am syncing with Core Sync plugin, and it's properly syncing the data.json, but I don't see any changes unless I restart Obsidian.

I did try refreshing the cache, though I'd prefer it do be automatic if the data.json file changes.

• I add or change Views, I don't have access to them until restart.
• Add custom statuses or priorities, requires restart.

No, I'm not sure of that. I can do a little digging around though to see if it's possible
