Is there a way to ensure terms like 'today' actually return as the word today, rather than be processed to be the current day?

When using Natural Language Processing, I can't seem to create exclusions, for example, if I type in Something Today, then the render is Something and Today's Date. I've tried 'Something Today' or "Something Today" but still the Today is rendered as today.
