[FR]: (EASY) Save "Filter Date Range" for Task & Project Statistics

Problem Statement

When I open Task & Project Statistics, the date range is, by default, set to All Time.

Proposed Solution

Ideally, there would be a "default date range" setting in Settings > Appearances and UI.

Notes:

1. Possibly reuse the same code for "Default View" in Settings > Appearances and UI > Calendar View, and just change the name & button.
2. If possible, also add a "default Min time" setting alongside it?

Thanks @RumiaKitinari ! I'll have a think about this. Adding an extra setting does create some maintenance burden, so it's not a straightforward fix. A simpler solution may be to persist the selected options and to reload them when the statistics view is reopened.
