This is primarily a cleanup and refinement of the existing examples. The files that were called
make-*-vm.bashare now renamedstart-*-vm.bash. I've added three example generalized files --start-vm.bash,stats-vm.bash,stop-vm.bash. The start up bash files will attempt to figure out if you need to launch or start automatically as well as let you know if the VM is already available but in another state.cloud-init-examples now assumed multipass 1.9.0 or better.
