review queue reports issue with query column in download

I tried Goddard* in both full and review and didn’t see those columns in the downloaded csv file

The missing columns are clpid and orcid for by name reports. The SQL objects returned from rdm_review_queue.ds are all the same. I need to look at the implementation of the downloaded CSV to see if it was just an oversight in the by_name type reports or if there was another reason I didn't included.
