* Add test case to use when testing subscriptions * Arrange test files and add new community subscription test * Add function and trigger to listen for new community addition to the database * Redo test correction after changing files * Deprecate no longer published fields * Implement subscription for a specific community creation * Refactor documentation and function speccing so we are DRY * Listen to the database for a new community and publish a subscription whenever one is added
