fixed provider naming. Added utm to track number of users for potential future collabs

Hi!
I've patched up the naming so that our platform (AI/ML API) is ... well, named correctly in the docs :)

Also - I've added a utm tracker to the docs
We put those in, so that if the number of users coming through is high, we could prioritize tutorials and events with camel-ai higher.

Hope you guys don't mind - but if any questions arise - I'll be glad to answer them

Resolved the conflicts a while ago - I think it can be merged now
