Description of the changes
This PR adds new modules to the sources for documentation generation.
I also revamped the version selection with some wildcards, so we do not need to modify these file if there is a major version bump on the modules, and explicitly excluded some module's versions that were throwing errors on the documentation pipeline.
Release-Astag when merging to force the release of these changes.
