This PR upgrades the azuread provider to version ~> 2.0
Some Azure AD terraform resources (ex: applications) must be redeployed with the new provider if they are defined in the same Terraform workspace as the devops stack azure module.
In this case, you will need to follow the following steps to upgrade the DevOps Stack:
