Vouch request: I want to help out development

[iacore]

Hi, omp people. I recently moved from Hermes Agent to omp, and found a drastic productivity boost. Therefore, I want to help out omp's development.

I have contributed to countless open source projects (you can search for me on GitHub). I think I am capable of contributing to this project.

What I'd like to contribute to this project: I don't have anything specific in mind. I want to help out maintenance.

There's too many things going on inside this repo. Is there an on-boarding process?
