Vouch Request: Learning & Contributing to OMP

[tbui17]

Hello, I am a node developer and would like to request to be vouched. I've been contributing to repositories like remeda, kusto-loco, and AwesomeAssertions.

I'm currently studying distributed systems and, in the future, would like to take a look at improving the reliability of agent tasks (e.g. #2912). Eventually, I would like to work on the core concurrency architecture to improve its robustness and work on features related to subagents. For the time being, there are a few issues such as reload-plugin not refreshing skills that I would like to address for myself and the community.

Thank you.
