Vouch request: Plan Review copy-to-clipboard hotkey

Hi maintainers,

I’d like to contribute a small user-facing improvement to OMP’s Plan Review flow and I’m requesting a vouch before opening the PR.

Proposed change

Add a c hotkey in the Plan Review overlay that copies the current reviewed plan markdown to the system clipboard.

The copied content comes from the overlay’s current mutable plan state, so it includes in-overlay edits such as:

• section deletes
• undo
• external-editor refreshes

This avoids adding another selectable approval option and avoids rereading stale disk content.

Why

When reviewing a plan, I often want to copy the final plan text before approving, refining, or executing it. The overlay already exposes quick keyboard actions like opening in an editor, so copying the current reviewed plan fits that workflow.

Implementation status

I have the change prepared on a fork branch so maintainers can inspect the diff before vouching.
