Interaction with direnv

Great extension. I came across an edge case where if direnv is watching a file that has its modified time changed then it reloads and this extension can cause an infinite loop of reloading.

I think an option to ignore certain files and prevent their modified time changing could fix this issue.

Wait a minute I already have an ignore function.
All the files inside .gitignore are also ignored by the SortMyFiles extension.

Right, you have getGitIgnoreFiles here but can we also ignore other files that are not part of .gitignore?

Also, in getGitignoreFiles you may need to strip off any surrounding '/' from the files names to deal with folders. I noticed the .git folder still gets its time modified even though its contents remain untouched.
