The updated licensing note says "authors are optional", but the immediately following "Required header" example still includes an // Authors: line, which makes the guidance internally inconsistent. Also, the note/headers still reference 2025 even though "current year" is now 2026; consider either removing the "current year" wording or updating the examples to reflect the intended year-handling policy (e.g., always use the year of the first commit vs. update annually).
