3GB allocation fails on 32-bit build machines, compress a smaller buffer that is still larger than a 32bit INT_MAX (2147483647) and still tests the edge case in `Decompress` for which it was added. Signed-off-by: Mathieu Borderé <mathieu.bordere@canonical.com>
