error on right side TOC when opening the OpenAPI - > API Reference menu item

Repo steps

1. Relload API Reference page
2. Unfurl the OpenAPI menu item
3. Click on API References
4. Boom - Right side TOC is messed up, drops to the bottom of the screen, although the items are opened. See picture

okay so i can reproduce it here but it doesnt seem like all pages do this - looks like scan api > common does the trick though

the nav seems to perhaps glitch/get stuck when it gets too long and cant scroll back up. you can see in the image that the scrollable bar for the nav doesnt really reflect that there's more to scroll back up to

refreshing the page resets it

It looks like this has been resolved now, probably also due to updates to the navigation structure. @katiepang-da do you still experience this issue anywhere?
