Facility should have email address field

Canvas supports managing facilities from Settings->Facilities. It also supports adding a facility to a patient via PatientFacilityAddress. We have a requirement to send email communication to the facility on certain events.

There is no way to capture email address of the facility in Canvas Medical at present.

This pushes us to implement workaround, a custom object and a separate UI plugin to manage facility email address.

I request Canvas to enhance facility add contact email to the object and expose it through create/update UI and SDK.
