Access event actor from sdk

Hey all,
I've written a protocol to respond to TASK_UPDATED events and was wondering if it is possible to get the event actor from the sdk. Many thanks!

Hi @jesse-synapticure, we don't currently provide the event actor in the context of TASK_UPDATED events, but we have started to provide that context in other events. Definitely seems logical for us to start providing that context more broadly. I'll post here with an update once we've had time to discuss!

Unfortunately, we have not prioritized this work yet. The actor is only available on these events right now: https://canvasmedical.atlassian.net/browse/SUPPORT-2243

Also heads up that Discussions will actually be deprecated starting today. Please see this post. We want to make sure that feature requests are being seen by our Product team into one queue and github was more for our developer community. If you want to follow that link to find the feature request form to fill out so that our Product team knows your priority of this work, that would be great!
