Custom Patient Chart Summary Section

It would be nice if we could define custom Patient Chart Summary sections to use as both an area for Action Buttons as well as a target for Questionnaire Results.
I'm currently using the Social Determinants section, but that isn't quite accurate.

To make sure I understand completely, you'd want to be able to create your own custom Patient Chart Summary section that displays the data from specific commands (i.e. specific Questionnaires, or Goals, Labs, etc), beyond what's currently provided in the Layout Effects. Is that right?

As far as Action Buttons go, we do currently support adding action buttons to the existing Patient Summary sections. Are you asking for a section that is dedicated just to action buttons? Or is the current functionality of including them with summary sections sufficient?

Yes, exactly!
I'd like to create something like an "Oncology" section that just shows Oncology-related Questionnaire/Medications data or an "Advance Care Planning" section to specifically highlight ACP-related Questionnaire info.
My understanding of the current Layout Effects capabilities is that I can only re-arrange the existing Chart Summary Sections and add Action Buttons to them. I'd like to be able to define additional sections.
I'd also like to use CreateQuestionnaireResult to send information to the new sections.

Also, it would be nice if the buttons wrapped to another line in the Section Header. The layout currently doesn't handle things very nicely:

It would be also be useful to be able to add Action Buttons to the top section of the Chart Summary column, either directly above or directly below the Clinical Caption.
