This PR automates the test cases and changes for copy attachments feature for both single tenant and multi tenant scenarios

1. Single tenant with Named user

2. Single tenant with Technical user

3. Multi Tenant 1 with Named user

4. Multi Tenant 1 with Technical user

6. Multi Tenant 2 with Named user

7. Multi Tenant 2 with Technical user
