Adds a GitHub Actions workflow to build the project and publish artifacts to Artifactory.

Added: .github/workflows/internalArticatory.yml — workflow that builds the project and publishes artifacts.
Updated: build configuration to include Artifactory publishing settings (settings.yml etc).
Added/Updated: instructions on configuring ARTIFACTORY_URL

Testing :
Testing done with almost all the scenarios (Screenshot attached)
