Supoort of moveAttachments for Active entity & Integration Tests Fix

In this PR we have added the changes that we did in Release_v1.6.4 for supporting move attachments for Active entities. With this changes move attachments will only work with Active entities. This PR also fixes the Integration tests with regards to changes done in move attachments api.
