[Version: ] METHOD POST not allowed for PRIMITIVE.PROPERTY

** Issue **
When user try to upload the attachment (any file type), getting an error pop up
"METHOD POST not allowed for PRIMITIVE.PROPERTY"

To Reproduce
Just click on upload button and select file the error pop up will appear.

Expected behavior
User can upload the attachment and show to the scan staus as unscanned - scan - clean and once staus clean shows the file is successfully uploaded. This was working earlier.

[ ] is it a regression issue?
