This generalizes our nextflow pipeline structure in the code to allow specifying multiple versions of Bactopia to run. This also starts paving the way towards #156 by changing the name "bactopia" to "bactopia/bactopia" which is the exact path to call
nextflow runon.Eventually we want the ability (potentially) to specify an arbitrary image/version to call
nextflow runon without it needing to be in our DynamoDB table.Closes #155
