fix(docs): sync MCP Guard content from authoritative source#39

P1-4: Replace divergent local mcp-guard pages with content from capiscio-mcp-python/docs/ (the authoritative source maintained alongside the code). All files now have a sync attribution comment and match the source repo exactly. Future updates should be made in capiscio-mcp-python first, then synced here.
