Get 'initialFocus' error when using TearSheetSmall with focus-trap-react 8.8.1 installed

Got Uncaught Error: initialFocus was specified but was not a node, or did not return a node using TearSheetSmall with focus-trap-react 8.8.1 installed.

I see a similar issue with PanelV2 - when the panel opens it shows an error “Error: initialFocus was specified but was not a node, or did not return a node”. This is due to the underlying focus-trap dependency changing the implementation of getNodeForOption to throw an exception if ‘null’ is passed as initialFocus (which is the default value in the Portal component,

Hi all, this seems to be affecting tests, too. When I run yarn run jest -u on my branch and on dev, I get failing tests all related to initialFocus. My PR is also failing the CircleCI check.
