[Bug Report]: image is not filled in with odp file as template

Environment
Node Version: [e.g. Node 14]
Desktop OS: [Ununtu 20]
Other: [e.g. LibreOffice: 6.4.7]

Expected Behaviour
Created a simple template with an image as placeholder. Tag {d.building_image} is placed correctly in the title of the description.
I used the french flag base64 string as is used in the documentation

Actual Behaviour
The image is not replaced by the french flag.

This does work with an odt file

It's fixed in Carbone Cloud v4.
