1.6.0 - Location precision bug fix and SVG redraw

This is only a minor release bump because I've redrawn the icon, which is technically a change, despite it hopefully appearing exactly the same, but the most significant change in this release is the following bugfix:

• [BUG: Map location picker snaps to a coarse grid (longitude much worse than latitude) #147] Map location picker snaps to a coarse grid (longitude much worse than latitude)
