Update to make lib work on latest Carp#1

This makes sqlite work with current Carp at the time of commit
& Updates gendocs.carp so it behaved incorectly on latest carp

The split between Carp char and C char as well as the explicit interface implementation had broken the library.
I have also updated the example so it works on latest and can just be copied and ran without having to create the table first.
