Report reason for @Ignore and @TestGroup-ignore tests

Much like assumptions, the reason should be there.

I've hit a wall of JUnit design with this one. Ignore event doesn't propagate any information to listeners (unlike assumptions which are exception-simulated). ignored tests should be handled in the same way, really.
