Stop reaching into the machine state stored in the disk

We reach into the machine state directory in a few places such as: https://github.com/cartesi/rollups-node/blob/next/2.0/cmd/cartesi-rollups-cli/root/deploy/application.go#L526, we shouldn't.

One alternative solution is to `load the machine` and `get_root_hash` instead.
