Overview
Updates the plot_industry_to_company.ipynb gallery example to compare and display both industry-derived and company-derived ultimates side-by-side (instead of outputting only a single industry-vs-company difference series).

The notebook now builds a pandas DataFrame keyed by Origin Year and adds a Matplotlib bar chart (Allstate WC Ultimate Comparison) to visualize the two patterns; metadata/output cells were refreshed (including the recorded Python version).
