Release Cashonize v0.4.0 for Desktop (Windows, Linux) and Android

New in this release: Token-metadata caching & a new UTXO management page in settings

Further this release makes the desktop version remember the user-window size on closure, improve styling & display transactionDialog item and upgrades some dependencies under the hood

Edit: The v0.4.0 release was re-published to include the fixes for some edge cases found after the initial release

Installation

For Windows, download and run the installer Cashonize-Setup-0.4.0.exe to install Cashonize as an application on your pc.

For Linux, download the AppImage Cashonize-0.4.0.AppImage.

For Android, download the apk file cashonize-android.apk.
