Epicorg is a local-first outliner backed by plain org-mode files. Everything you write lives in .org files on your own machine — no accounts, no cloud, no lock-in.

The outline is your primary workspace. The sidebar shows your file list and saved searches. The detail pane (right) shows properties, dates, and backlinks for the focused node.
All changes are auto-saved to disk every few seconds. Git snapshots are taken automatically on file open, after 20 minutes of idle time, and on shutdown.
