fix for:
Doctype: GL Report
Issue description: General Ledger reports should show only nett opening
Comments: For Accounts like expenses its showing Opening Dr and Cr from past 10 years or so even after period closing voucher
Seems some issue with ACCOUNT CLOSING VOUCHER entry
