Rubocop Lint/Syntax run wrong result frequently.

I don't know if this issue about solargraph or rubocop, but anyway, i create a issue here for references.

Ruby 3.1.0
solargraph 0.44.3
rubocop 1.26.1

I will follow following process next this issue happen again:

Set lsp-log-io to t to inspect communication between client and the server. Use lsp-workspace-show-log to switch to the corresponding log buffer.
