This adds substantially more headache than you'd imagine, I doubt this is a good idea. This would also feel bad to people who work a lot on the project who don't receive payment. We'd need a guarantee that the money would help more than hinder. Money makes things messy. |

The most that the BN Org is likely to do is just compile a list of the people we consider devs (i.e. people with merge permissions) and document if they take donations or not (and if so where) That way it's your choice who to donate to, if anyone (so we avoid any issues surrounding "who gets paid when donations are made to the org"). They set their own terms around donations / payment (if they want to offer "commission a PR", they're allowed to do so, and it'll get reviewed the same as any other PR) |

Hi i noticed that the game haves a lot of work needed done so how about opening the game to monthly or one off type donations with a goal of hiring a full time programmer?
