To access the ticket booking form you must go to the CEYLON TEA MUSEUM page , scroll down , you will now see a 'BOOK NOW' button. Once you click it you will be redirected to the ticket booking form .

To access the donate form , click on the PURCHASE & DONATE page , you will see a button that says 'Donate Now' under the heading 'Would you like to make a donation?'. Once clicked you would have now reached to the donate form.
