Completed Updates

• jetbrains-inspection-api: Clarify Every Code setup naming jetbrains-inspection-api#86 merged. Updated setup copy to Every Code, preserved Codex CLI as separate compatibility setup, and fixed helper lookup to prefer CODE_HOME, then CODEX_HOME, then ~/.code.
• launchplane: Update Every Code guide wording launchplane#962 merged. Updated the agent guide to Every Code wording.
• discord-blue: Update Every Code agent guide wording discord-blue#82 merged. Updated the agent guide from Codex Cloud wording to Every Code wording.
• odoo-devkit: Align workspace cockpit naming odoo-devkit#49 merged. Updated generated workspace cockpit docs/defaults to ~/.code/plans primary with .codex as legacy, while preserving the [codex] manifest schema key.
• context-panel: Prefer Every Code auth defaults context-panel#106 merged. Runtime defaults now prefer Every Code auth state (CODE_HOME / ~/.code/auth_accounts.json) while keeping CODEX_HOME / ~/.codex/auth.json compatibility for OpenAI Codex provider probing. PR Swift CI/CodeQL passed; post-merge main CI/CodeQL passed.

Parked Repos

• odoo-ai: retired and archived. Audited and prepared a local docs patch to rename the retired Codex workflow/tooling guidance to Every Code and switch active plan paths to ~/.code, but git push is rejected because the repository is archived/read-only. Parked unless the repo is unarchived.
• claude-local-machine: existing .code guidance is current; .codex appears in local machine sync/runtime compatibility lists.
• odoo-intelligence-mcp: remaining Codex references are deprecated/historical or provider/tool-specific.
• odoo-tenant-cm and odoo-tenant-opw: [codex] remains a programmatic workspace manifest key generated by odoo-devkit, not current product prose.
• odoo-shared-addons, mediaforce, boardripper, verireel, and sellyouroutboard: no Every Code naming drift requiring changes in the audited scope.
• Additional local repos from inventory (disable_odoo_online, odoo-docker, odoo-enterprise-docker, printnode_community, repairshopr_api) had no relevant product-facing Every Code/Codex drift in the bounded local audit.

Priority Repos

• launchplane: operator/runtime surfaces and audited automation state. Done via Update Every Code guide wording launchplane#962.
• discord-blue: remote inbox/bot output and tests. Done via Update Every Code agent guide wording discord-blue#82.
• context-panel: provider/account/product context, with some Codex references likely provider-specific. Done via Prefer Every Code auth defaults context-panel#106.
• odoo-devkit: generated workspace cockpit docs/prompts. Done via Align workspace cockpit naming odoo-devkit#49.
• jetbrains-inspection-api: IDE integration instructions and Code/Codex setup copy. Done via Clarify Every Code setup naming jetbrains-inspection-api#86.
• Later spot checks: claude-local-machine, odoo-ai, odoo-intelligence-mcp, tenant repos. Audited and parked as above.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create or update repo-local plan issues for high-priority repos.
• Preserve provider-specific Codex references where they mean OpenAI Codex.
• Update generated templates before generated workspaces where possible.
• Record parked repos with rationale if no changes are needed.

Local integration sweep update: merged cbusillo/jetbrains-inspection-api#86, cbusillo/launchplane#962, cbusillo/discord-blue#82, and cbusillo/odoo-devkit#49. cbusillo/context-panel#106 is open with the normal Swift CI check passed; CodeQL Analyze Swift is still in progress in the build step. odoo-ai was audited and a local patch was prepared, but the repo is archived/read-only, so that cleanup is parked unless it is unarchived.

Completed the local integration repo naming sweep. Merged the high-impact updates in JetBrains Inspection API, Launchplane, Discord Blue, Odoo Devkit, and Context Panel. Audited and parked the remaining local repos with rationale; odoo-ai is archived/read-only so its retired-doc cleanup is intentionally parked.
