This audit is complete. The local skill set has been thinned to Every Code-specific skills, while generic/upstream workflows were promoted or folded into shared codex-skills.

Completed Work

• feat(skills): promote PR babysitter skill codex-skills#213 promoted the full PR babysitter implementation to shared codex-skills.
• docs(workflow): define PR and release intent policy #278 removed the old local babysit-pr implementation and added repo workflow metadata for PR/release policy.
• docs(skills): clean up local skill audit drift #285 cleaned up retained local skill drift:
  • fixed code-review-breaking-changes frontmatter naming
  • updated retained local skills to use Every Code wording where they refer to this repo/product
• Restore PR babysitter and clear malformed locks #286 restored a lightweight repo-local babysit-pr coordination skill and review-lock cleanup behavior. This local skill is intentionally repo-specific and delegates to .github/github.json policy rather than duplicating the shared watcher implementation.
• feat(skills): promote upstream Codex triage skills codex-skills#216 promoted/folded generic workflows into shared skills:
  • promoted codex-bug
  • promoted codex-issue-digest
  • folded PR body quality guidance into shared github
  • folded change-size/readability guidance into shared repo-readiness

• Latest release remained v0.6.113; no release was cut for this cleanup.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each local skill has a documented disposition.
• Promoted skills are sanitized for general use and validated in codex-skills.
• Retained local skills are updated for Every Code product naming and current repo workflow policy.
• .github/github.json remains aligned with workflow policy; no additional metadata change was needed after the audit.
