Add Already Existing CF Standard Names

The following parameters have CF standard names that are not yet in our parameter table:

• NH4 (UMOL/KG) -> moles_of_ammonium_per_unit_mass_in_sea_water
• CFC-11 (PMOL/L) -> mole_concentration_of_cfc11_in_sea_water
• CFC-12 (PMOL/L) -> mole_concentration_of_cfc12_in_sea_water
