Code to analyse the output from predictive sims
This code has been written for the Falisse et al 2022 opensim model using the predsim pipeline developed by the same group.
The code opens the .mat file in R and extracts the follwing variables Spatiotemporary variables GRF data MTU scaling coefficients EMA of the hip, knee and ankle Work at the hip, knee ankle and extrenal.
