Current
masterwill not parse these properly. Based upon how test functions inregression.pywork, they willRuntimeErrorwhen a test file doesn't exist, so these PRs are mutually dependent. That means this PR must be merged first, and the nextcclibPR to be merged must be cclib/cclib#1408.
