Looking at the chapter devoted to "rate limit", https://docs.ccxt.com/#/README?id=rate-limit , there is missing the most important information, what it is, what the exhange.rateLimit number means!

Hi @telenskyt The rate limiter number represents ms between subsequent requests in our old implementations. It represents weight in some implementations. For example, the ratelimit of IP(sapi) is 12000 requests per minute, and the number would calculated by (60 * 1000) / ( rateLimit * weight) = 12000 => (60 * 1000) / ( 50 * 0.1) = 12000. The weight would be 0.1.

Thanks for explanation! However, this was not just a question, but a request to update the documentation to contain this definition. Now it is painfully missing.
