Allow concatenating with NVEncC

Currently if I concatenate from an image sequence and switch to either HEVC (NVEncC) or AV1 (NVEncC), I get the following error:

This encoder, HEVC (NVEncC) does not support concatenating files together

Any chance this could be fixed in the future?

Sadly no, as the concatenation is done through ffmpeg, and those are different programs entirely that currently don't support that ability
