View / Edit Workers from Pool Page

Right now you can edit the pools assigned to a worker, through the worker. This would allow the ability to add/edit/view workers from the reverse side. You choose the pool, and then add workers into it, etc.

This is based off the existing worker-pools code so I may have missed some cleanup, but it appears to be functioning well for me at this point and should be easy to pull in since it is primarily new files with only minor modifications to existing code.
