Hello ! I'm working on a SQL data model to implement USDM 4.0. The UML states a 1:0...* relationship between Condition and Activity (through both the appliesTo and the context properties). It should mean that one condition can list several activities, but one activity (within a given protocol of course) can only be linked to one condition. In practice, and in Alexion example for instance, it is not the case, we have the same activity referenced by several conditions. It makes business sense, it is conceivable for an activity to be the subject or context of several footnotes. So it is a many to many relationship instead?
