Modeling DoD

During a meeting with the Scrum team we determined that the Definition of Done (DoD) will look like this for every PBI:

• It has a place in the model
• It has an explicit definition
• It needs to meet the qualities of
  • Re-usability
  • Reproducibility
  • Traceability

Endpoint DoD

• The endpoint is crafted to meet the criteria specified in the PBI
• The library data store is built to reflect the data/model needed for the endpoint
• The endpoint can be called successfully
• The endpoint returns example data appropriate for what is in the model
• The endpoint will be reviewed by other members of the dev team (Richard for now)
